2. Products & Digital Delivery

NotionRhino sells digital Notion templates ("Templates"). All Templates are delivered digitally — you will receive a link or access to the Template immediately upon successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. We encourage you to use available previews to ensure a Template suits your needs.

We make every effort to describe our Templates accurately. However, Notion's interface and features may change over time, and minor visual differences between product images and the actual template may exist due to Notion platform updates.

3. License Grant

When you purchase a Template, NotionRhino grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use that Template for your own personal or internal business purposes, subject to the restrictions below.

What you CAN do

• Use the Template for yourself, your team, or within your organization
• Duplicate the Template within your own Notion workspace as many times as you need
• Modify the Template to fit your workflow or preferences
• Use the Template for both personal and commercial projects within your own business

What you CANNOT do

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Template files with third parties — including giving, gifting, or selling access to others
• Include our Templates in a product or service you sell or distribute to others, including template bundles, courses, or subscription services
• Claim ownership or authorship of the original Template design
• Remove any attribution or credit references included in the Template
• Use our Templates to create a competing template marketplace or product

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect purchases already completed.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as presented at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the amount displayed to your chosen payment method.

If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be fulfilled and you will not receive access to the Template until payment is successfully completed.

5. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or finding an alternative product elsewhere.

We encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions, previews, and screenshots before purchasing to ensure a Template meets your needs.

All Templates, designs, content, text, graphics, and other materials on this website are owned by or licensed to NotionRhino and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a license to use the Template as described in Section 3. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you. NotionRhino retains all rights not expressly granted.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or products in any way that:

Our Templates and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NotionRhino disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our products will meet your specific requirements or expectations. Results and productivity improvements from using our Templates will vary by individual.

10. Limitation of Liability
